Welcome to Ping Pong. Using the app and the site at ppapp.co means you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the app.
What it is
Ping Pong connects two people with a 6-digit code and lets them send each other a ping and a pong. The app is free, with no ads and no purchases.
Who can use it
The app is for people 13 and older. If you're under 18, use it with a parent's or guardian's permission.
Fair use
- Connect only with people who want to connect with you. Anyone who doesn't want your pings can remove you at any time.
- Don't use your name to harass, impersonate someone else or hurt others.
- Don't try to break into the service, guess codes in bulk, overload the server or use it in automated ways.
We may limit or block use that breaks these terms.
Your data
What is kept and how to delete it is in the Privacy Policy. You can delete all of it from inside the app, at any time.
As is
We work to get every ping there right away, but the service is provided as is. Notifications also depend on Apple, Google, the network and your device's settings, so there is no promise that every ping arrives, or arrives on time. Don't rely on Ping Pong in an emergency.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from using the app or being unable to use it.
Changes
We may change the app, stop it, or update these terms. When the terms change, the date above changes. Using the app after an update means you accept the updated terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction.
